📦 Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery
- Applicable only for damaged or defective products
🎥 Proof Required
- Customer must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
- Requests without proof will not be accepted
🔄 Replacement / Refund
After verification, customer can choose:
- Replacement product, or
- Full refund to original payment method

- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval
